    That’s a good tip to focus on making the bathroom look fresh and clean. That way prospective buyers will know it’s in good repair. I’m moving out of state so I’ll have to make sure to do some work on my bathroom.

    You don’t have to spend an arm and a leg – Absolutely right. Focus on simple things with big impact. As simple as just cleaning the house to minor renovation would do. Keep things simple.
